A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) and the Road Traffic Act.

On January 17, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.233% during blood transfusions, and proceeded with the printing net distance from the board that is located in the Daegudong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-car.

As a result, the Defendant suffered salt c and tensions in the above 2-day care due to the above occupational negligence in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, etc., and damaged the victim E’s vehicle total amounting to KRW 5,075,541 to KRW 703,00,000, respectively, to ensure that the victim E’s vehicle is in excess of KRW 703,000.

On the date and time indicated in the above paragraph, the Defendant: (a) driven a B B B B B B BT car with alcohol content 0.23% under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license from the 3km section of approximately 0km from the road located in the Changdong-gu, Seoul, during the large exhibition to the 4km distance from the street in the same city-gu, Dong-gu.
