Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 10, 2016, at around 08:20, the Defendant operated a Dopoter clobbbb truck without obtaining a driver's license from a section of about 2 km from the Textiles Support Center adjacent to the Ba-dong, Chungcheongnam-si, Gyeonggi-si to the 1533rd-si, the two-km roads.
