1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 72,329,760 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 23, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 through 5, it can be acknowledged that the Plaintiff, who operated a personal business entity with the trade name of “C,” from December 31, 2015 to February 29, 2016, supplied the Defendant with the total amount of KRW 97,329,760 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply) of KRW 97,329,760 (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply). The Plaintiff is a person who received KRW 25 million from the Defendant until April 29, 2016. Thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the balance of the price of the goods sought by the Plaintiff (=97,329,760 won - KRW 25 million) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from August 23, 2016 to the date following the record that the copy of the complaint in this case was served on the Defendant.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
