Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a member of the Korean Democratic Trade Union B Korea Metals Union.

At around 16:50 on December 28, 2013, the Defendant participated and gathered in the "Candlelightlighting culture system" organized by the National Assembly of the 110 Seoul Central Assembly at the Jung-gu Seoul Central Assembly at the 110 Seoul Central Assembly on December 28, 2013, and began to move to the 5,000 participants in the assembly at around 17:20 on the same day, and came to move to the 149 Band the 18:26 on the same day at the 17:4th day to the 18:26th day.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly to occupy the road, thereby obstructing the passage of the vehicle, such as making it impossible to pass the vehicle.
