1. Basic facts

A. Suspension of construction work 1) The Plaintiff is a D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”) around July 27, 2016.

(2) The construction work of the E-ground neighborhood living facilities (hereinafter referred to as the “construction work of this case”) between the principal State and the E.

(2) On October 20, 2016, the Defendant entered into a subcontract with D for construction works, the contract amount of which is KRW 1.1 billion and the construction period from August 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017, with respect to the instant construction works, (i) KRW 5.80,000,000 in average, and (ii) KRW 330 to 350,000 in average, for the structural construction of the instant building works, and (iii) the accurate volume is expected to be calculated after the completion of the structural construction; and (iv) the construction period is to be calculated from October 20, 2016 to December 10, 2016.

3) The construction of the instant building is the fourth floor concrete frame and the pipes for the installation of facilities, such as electricity, machinery and equipment, and fire-fighting telecommunications, have been completed up to four floors, and the construction of the 5th floor mold has been suspended. Of which, the construction area of the 4th floor subcontracted by the Defendant was totaled of 239.95 square meters [793 square meters = 122.4 square meters (37.03 square meters) ¡¿ 122.6 square meters (64 square meters) ¡¿ 223.6 square meters (64 square meters) x 3 (2.4 square meters)]. (b) On August 31, 2018, the Plaintiff and the Defendant, including the preparation of a notarial deed, etc., of a notarial deed, made a notarial deed in the name of G notary public in the name of 3018, without delay, to the Defendant at the rate of 90% notarial deed (200,000,000 won).
