Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business is a credit service provider who lends money by means of a credit card to the person who wants to obtain a loan and by means of using the credit card as the amount calculated by adding interest to the paid-in payment by the credit card issued by him/her. C is an employee of a certified judicial scrivener office.

When requesting the payment of real estate acquisition tax on behalf of the above certified judicial scrivener office C, the defendant paid acquisition tax on the credit card issued by the defendant in the same manner as the above by using the electronic payment number of the customers who paid acquisition tax on behalf of the above certified judicial scrivener office C, and received cash equivalent to acquisition tax from C.

(a) A person who intends to engage in a loan business without registration and a loan business with excessive interest on D shall register with the Metropolitan City Mayor having jurisdiction over the relevant place of business for each place of business, and the interest rate shall not exceed 30 percent per annum when an unregistered credit service provider grants a loan;

Nevertheless, on October 31, 2012, the Defendant made a loan to D in a manner that pays 2.5 million won for the settlement price of the Samsung Card (H) in the name of G used by D at the F coffee shop located in Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and received the above Samsung Card issued.

The Defendant received from C an electronic payment number of KRW 1,190,90,90 on the real estate acquisition tax on the land in Cheongbuk-gun, Cheongbuk-do, which was purchased by C, and settled KRW 1,190,90 on the above Samsung Card from a mutual infinite bank near the above coffee shop, and received interest amounting to KRW 1,309,100 on the same day and KRW 1,534,100 on the remainder of principal and interest KRW 225,00 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant did not register in the Busan City market, and received interest exceeding the restricted interest rate.

B. On December 11, 2012, the Defendant, on December 11, 2012, lent a unregistered loan to K, at the house of Busan Shipping Daegu L, 106 Dong 1203, and at the house of K, five million won from K.
