Punishment of the crime

On October 09, 2016, the Defendant driven a B K3 car within a radius of about 1 kilometer from 0.152% alcohol level among the blood transfusion around 06:10 on the same day to 69:0 in the same city, in the state of under the influence of alcohol level of 0.152%.
