1. On September 17, 2009, the Defendant of the criminal record and the person subject to a request to attach an attachment order (hereinafter referred to as “defendant”) sentenced the Daegu District Court to three years and six months of imprisonment due to the violation of the Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Protection of Victims Thereof, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on December 16, 2012.
