Basic Facts
The status of the parties is an autonomous management organization that consists of the occupants in order to manage A apartment (hereinafter referred to as “instant apartment”) located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, the 12-dong 748 households.
The defendant is a project undertaker who constructed and sold the apartment of this case, and the defendant's assistant intervenor is a subcontractor who performed landscaping works among the new construction works of this case.
On July 20, 2009, the apartment of this case was approved for use on July 20, 2009, and it was occupied from that time.
