Defendant shall be punished by a fine of four million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has sought to be a customer in a restaurant with the trade name of "C" in which the victim B (30) was kept.

1. On February 9, 2018, around 00:35, the Defendant insultd the victim openly by “C” restaurant in Kimhae-si, and, among many unspecified customers, the victim, who “it shall ring out by ring out with rings, ring out with rings, ring out, singing out, sing out, singing out, ring out, drinking out, and ring out.”

2. Around 00:50 on February 9, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim at the same place as the above-mentioned 1 at, and on the ground that the victim’s “the victim would interfere with his/her business,” on the ground that he/she was “the victim would go out of the place of business,” such as making the victim’s head one time of the victim’s hair.

3. The Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant, without any special reason, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by putting the victim and unspecified customers with a 45 minutes of a mix, with the following: (a) the victim and unspecified customers, without any justifiable reason: (b) the victim and the non-fringing of the mar, fringing of the mar, singing of the mar, drinking, drinking, and taking a bath in a large manner; and (c) the victim interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force.

4. The Defendant did not comply with the demand to leave the victim's restaurant for about 45 minutes due to the Defendant's non-compliance with the demand to leave the restaurant even though the Defendant did not comply with the demand to leave the restaurant for about 45 minutes by engaging in the act such as the above 1, 2, and 3 at the same time and place as the above paragraph 1.
