A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he handled the following narcotics such as cocar (Cocaine), MDMA (EMA EX EXC hereinafter EXC hereinafter) and marijuana.

1. From January 1, 2016 to around 19:00 to around 20:00, the Defendant for the purchase of croccar, X-gu, and marijuana was able to give KRW 5.4 million in cash for the 3-time medication of ccaro, X-si, and 2-time smoking for marijuana from F on the alley-ro of the alley-gu apartment in Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
2. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant, who was a Cocar, administered a medication in a manner that inhales cocos by promptly using a cocar for the first time, purchased from F, on February 2, 2016, at around 20:00 residence, and around 303, the Defendant 101 and 303 of the above E apartment.
3. On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed smoking pipes that were purchased from F in the middle of February 2016, which were made of a gambling paper at around 20:00 in the middle of February 2, 2016, into the smoking pipe that was made of a gambling paper; and (b) smoked in a way that smokeed by attaching a fire.
4. On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) sold a cococar on the first time on March 2016, 2016; (b) sold 300,000 won in cash from I on the street; and (c) sold ccocar-in two times in vinyl in vinyl.
5. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) placed marijuana smoking in the pipe of plastic tobacco purchased from F on April 1, 2016 at the above residence around 20:00; (b) smoked in a way that smokes by attaching a fire to a smoke.
6. On April 5, 2016, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.2 grams of X-si and approximately 0.2 grams of marijuana on April 5, 2016: (a) around 10:15, on April 5, 2016, the Defendant filed a suit by means of storing 0.2 grams in a box inside a room inside a room used by the J living together in the above residence; and (b) a box under the supervision of a living room’s consignee.

7. The Defendant committed a crime on February 2, 2015 with a view to committing a crime on February 2015.
