Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend or receive any payment for any electronic financial transaction access medium issued by a financial institution, while receiving, demanding or promising to lend it.

Nevertheless, on January 30, 2018, the defendant would receive double taxation in writing from a person who has no name but to receive double taxation. However, if he/she borrowed the account, he/she will pay three million won per three months per account.

“After accepting the proposal from around 13:00 to around 15:00 on the same day, Kwikset Service, who sent the above names to Kwikseter’s article from the front page B of Ansan-gu, Makao-si, Makao-si, the Defendant sent a physical card connected to the post office account in the name of the Defendant, and notified the Kakao Stockholm of the password.

Accordingly, the defendant agreed to receive compensation and lent the approaching media.
