A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:02 on January 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 00:02, walked on the road front of the center point of the Snicesaw 10-9, the 216 amam in Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant destroyed the said taxi so that the victim would be flicked by flicking and flicking down the body of the victim C (1960 students) that was parked at the front of the center point of the Nicesaw 10-9, the 1960 am in front of the center; and (b) flicked the victim’s left face part of the victim’s flick face, which was flicked by the Defendant’s head.
