A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.
However, this judgment is delivered against Defendant B.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants conspired to steal construction materials at construction sites, etc. using the materials neglected the management of construction sites at night. From March 10, 2019 to March 02:26, 2019 to around 03:36 of the same day, the Defendants carried the materials to be stolen at the construction site located at C at the victim E-site, while the “F of the site at the victim E-state”) was stored at the victim’s angles at the victim’s length, approximately 80cm in length, approximately 16cm in length, approximately 12, approximately 270cm in length, 12, 14, 50, 50, 4, 4, 4, 4, 50, 4, 12, 10, 10, 5, 5, 5, 5, 1, 100,000 won in total, and 10,000 won in total.
As a result, the defendants stolen the victim's property together.
2. Defendant A
A. From around 23:00 on March 14, 2019 to around 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) was carrying the victim H at a construction site located in CD located at the same time; (b) for the construction of a bridge structure, the Defendant stolen the amount equivalent to KRW 2,260,000 in the market value of the victim’s possession of the bridge structure, such as regradation of steel bars and non-reging of steel bars, the sum of KRW 2,080,00 in the market value of the victim’s possession of the bridge structure.
B. On March 9, 2019, from around 17:52 to around 01:49 the following day, the Defendant driven a G-type cargo vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the J Elementary School located in G-type I, J Elementary School, located in G-type, G-type: (a) from March 14, 2019 to around 13:47 the following day, the Defendant driven a G-type truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the J-type, J-type, located in G-type, G-type: (b) from around 10:38 of March 14, 2019 to around 13:47, the Defendant driven a G-type truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the G-type truck.
