On October 02, 2012, at around 02:30, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexroth car using approximately approximately 50 meters of alcohol concentration 0.065% of alcohol content from the 603rd class to the 607-13rd class of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Station, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
