Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed to the effect that, around January 9, 2014, the Defendant: (b) the victim C (V) who was the wife in the Defendant’s residence located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si; (c) “I am at home, but I am at her end, even if I am at her end, I am at her end; (d) expressed to the effect that “I am at her end, I am at her end,” and expressed to the effect that “I am at her end, I am at her end, I am am at her end, I am the victim’s chest, and am above the floor by her hand; and (d) when I am the victim’s face, I am at around two weeks, the Defendant

On May 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00 on May 16, 2015, in the Defendant’s residence located in the Cheongwon-gu, Cheongwon-gu, Cheongwon-gu; (b) reported that the Victim C (the 35 years of age) who was wifed with another male and the Kakakao Stockholm message was given and sent to the Defendant; and (c) during the dispute, the Defendant carried the victim’s chest by hand and pushed the victim’s chest by hand; and (d) followed the victim’s buckbucks, etc., which require approximately four weeks of treatment; and (e) took part in the victim’s buckbucks, etc., the Defendant took part in the victim’s 4-day treatment.
