A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 14, 2015, around 04:40, the Defendant: (a) reported to the victim D (the age of 26) on the taxi platform located in Pju-si 82 at Pju-si, Snju-si; (b) and (c) reported that he would incur a trial expense; (c) the police captain F (the age of 35) belonging to the E-gu Office of the Gyeonggi Police Station E-gu, E-gu, the Defendant sent to C; and (d) said C, and (c) said C, the Defendant tolded C to “Ikon . 그리고 피고인은 위 F, 위 G로부터 폭행 행위를 제지당하자 위 G의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 다시 F의 멱살을 잡고 흔들면서 “이 씹할 새끼야 깽값 물면 되잖아, 좆같은 새끼야!”라고 욕설을 하며 이마로 위 F의 얼굴 부위를 2회 들이받고, 손으로 위 F의 왼팔을 잡아 비틀었다.

As a result, the defendant put the victim D into a room for approximately two weeks of medical treatment, interfered with the legitimate performance of duties related to the above F and the above G criminal investigation, etc., which is a police officer, and put about two weeks of medical treatment to the victim F at the same time.

2. 공용물건손상 피고인은 제1항 기재와 같은 일시장소에서 위 F 등에 의하여 상해죄 등의 현행범인으로 체포되어 H 아반떼 순찰차 뒷좌석에 태워진 후 위 F 등에게 계속하여 욕설을 하다가 위 F가 휴대폰 조회기로 피고인의 욕설 등을 녹취하려 하자 이를 빼앗아 집어던지고, 위 순찰차의 오른쪽 뒷문을 발로 수회 걷어찼다.

As a result, the defendant has damaged the right side of the patrol vehicle to be 127,00 won for repairing the above mobile phone size, which is a public object, and damaged the repair cost to be equivalent to 77,126 won.

3. The Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender for the same facts constituting the crime as described in paragraph (1) and was compelled to take custody to a female police station on the same day at around 06:00 of the same day. The Defendant was off from the patrol vehicle in front of the female police station in front of the officer.
