Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2014, at around 19:10, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 10km alcohol concentration 0.097%, before the separate collection box inside the 209 apartment complex, which is located in the central market located in Dong-dong, in front of the central market located in Dong-dong, an apartment complex, which is located in the same city.
