The defendant 174,585,471 Won and 68,840,109 won among them shall be 12% per annum from June 1, 2020 to the date of full payment.

According to the purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5 and the whole theory as to the cause of the claim, C Union shall make a loan of KRW 20,00,00 to the defendant on June 17, 200, KRW 20,000 on June 30, 201, and KRW 25,000 on December 19, 201, and KRW 30,000 among the defendant's credit guarantee contracts with the defendant on June 1, 200, KRW 1 to 30,00,00 each of the above credit guarantee contracts with the defendant on June 1 to 30, 201 (hereinafter "the above credit guarantee agreement of KRW 1 through 3,00,000) to secure the repayment of each of the above loans to the plaintiff on the 30th anniversary of the date of the above loan contract of KRW 1 to 36,00,000 for each of the above credit guarantee agreements with the defendant on May 23, 2018, 2019, respectively.

Therefore, the Defendant is liable to compensate the Plaintiff for delayed damages calculated at a rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Credit Guarantee Agreements and the Promotion of Legal Proceedings, etc. of this case from June 1, 2020 to the date of full payment, with respect to KRW 174,585,471 and the principal amount of KRW 68,840,109 among them.
