Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2014, at around 11:32, the Defendant recommended the Defendant to set up his vehicle in front of a green hospital located in the Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, to the extent that: D, and patrolmen, who were called up after receiving the Defendant’s 112 report in front of the urban development apartment in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (a) “E is a member of the Jung-gu Police Station C zone; (b) he has died of all of the Sewol ferry; and (c) he has no money inside; and (d) he / she has left the patrol vehicle; and (d) on May 11:40, 2014, the Defendant came up in front of the green hospital located in the private home in Jung-gu, Seoul.

The Defendant, upon the invitation of the vehicle, assaulted the face of the above D and the chest of the Defendant, on the ground of the Defendant’s appearance, “I would like to see why I would am going before the front of the 2nd century, and why all the victims of the Sewol ferry would not die.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
