On August 13, 2015, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 0.203% of blood alcohol concentration 0.203%, and on August 13, 2015, around 03:15, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol in the section of approximately 1 km from the street in front of the 2787 m21 knife, as the equipment of the Innife City Water Zone 21, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol 03:15.
