Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, who had been in a relationship with the victim B (V, 46 years of age), had been in a relationship with the victim B for about two years, became doubtful that the victim was living together with another male while confirming the mobile phone of the victim.
