1. The Defendants jointly share the amount corresponding to the “total amount of personal seal” stated in attached Table 1 to the Plaintiffs.

Basic Facts

Defendant N andO have been operating real estate brokerage business under the trade name of Q real estate as married couple.

In this regard, Defendant N andO established R Co., Ltd. (the representative director, DefendantO, and the current name S Co., Ltd.) for the purpose of new construction and lease of buildings on April 2014, and the construction and sale related affairs are in charge of Defendant N and real estate brokerage.

Defendant P Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant P”) is also a company established for the purpose of building construction and lease business, and its representative is an in-house director T.

The plaintiffs are those who purchase officetels or multi-household houses from Defendant P.

The construction T of U building was built on the ground of the [Attachment] V and W land (hereinafter “instant land”) in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, the ownership of which was owned by it, and the construction of the U building (hereinafter “instant building”) was completed on September 2013.

T established Defendant P on October 16, 2013, completed the registration of ownership transfer on the instant land in October 24, 2013, and the name of the owner of the instant building changed to Defendant P.
