Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On November 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on April 5, 2018, and the sentence became final and conclusive and completed on November 28, 2018.
【Criminal Facts】
From September 2017, the defendant is living together with the victim I (the victim I, the 32 years of age) and from around September 2017.
1. On December 9, 2018, the defendant sent text messages to the victim's cell phone on December 00:40, 2018, and the victim suspected that the victim had met another male, "I am hing off. I am hing off the victim's cell. I am hing off the victim's cell so far. I am hing off the victim's seat. I am back the victim's seat.
