1. The Plaintiff, Defendant B, as well as KRW 10,00,000, annually, from August 14, 2015 to November 25, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Reasons for partial dismissal - The amount of consolation money shall be determined as KRW 10 million, respectively, in consideration of all the circumstances shown in the record.
