2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On February 1, 1990, Non-Party B (hereinafter “the deceased”) joined the Korea Telecommunications Research Institute (hereinafter “instant place of business”) located in Daejeon Sung-gu, Daejeon (hereinafter “the instant place of business”) and worked as D Research Institute. On February 26, 2013, Non-Party B (hereinafter “the deceased”) sought a training from members of the Camp-dong Association at the said Institute’s playground, and went back to a medical institution and was sent back to the medical institution on March 6, 2013, and died on or around 04:54.
In the deceased’s death diagnosis report, it is written that the private person is “ brain pressure by cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral cerebral typhism.”
B. On May 22, 2013, the Plaintiff, as the deceased’s spouse, claimed that “The deceased’s spouse claimed for survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses to the Defendant on May 22, 2013, on the ground that “The deceased’s spouse had been suffering from occupational division and stress caused by the preparation of new research tasks, frequent domestic and foreign business trips, etc., and thus, constitutes occupational accidents.”
C. As a result of deliberation on the plaintiff's request, the Daejeon Occupational Disease Determination Committee concluded that "the deceased is judged to have cerebral tension caused by cerebral tension, which is a congenital disease of the deceased's two parts, and the deceased's existing chronic kidney disease, etc. constitutes a trigger factor of cerebral cerebral disease. In the case of the deceased, the deceased's performance of the same kind of work for about twenty-three years after her entry, seems to have already been adapted to the working environment, and there is no proof of any unexpected situation, etc. that may cause a blood pressure increase at the time of the outbreak, and it is difficult to recognize the fact that the deceased received a part of cerebral tension with ordinary duties, and it is difficult to determine that the brain ties, which is an existing disease, becomes worse by natural progress, and it is difficult to recognize a proximate causal relation with the work."
