Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch, and on August 26, 2009, issued a summary order of a fine of 1.5 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's District Court's order of 1.5 million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On September 22, 2015, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle B in the section of approximately three kilometers from the Busan Jin-dong to the front road of the Busan Jin-dong, Busan Jin-dong, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.071% among blood transfusion around 22:10.
