Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor due to the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Chuncheon District Court on February 1, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence in the second prison of the Gyeongbukbuk District Court on September 1, 2019.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant of special property damage, who is a person residing in B of the original city, was able to damage a vehicle parked in front of the factory on the ground that noise generated from the factory in C is slick.

At around 08:30 on November 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the said AF car owned by the victim F, a worker of the said factory, by leaving the front, rear, and rear glass of the EF car owned by the victim D, a worker of the said factory, who was parked there at the same time with the sidewalk B, which is a dangerous object in the surrounding area (22 cm in length, 6 cm in thickness) around 08:30 on November 8, 2019; (b) destroyed the said AF car by damaging the repair cost to KRW 5,245,064 on several occasions; and (c) continuously destroyed the said AF car in front of the said AF car, a worker of the said factory, who was parked adjacent to the said dangerous object block, by spreading it several times with the rear glass door.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a dangerous news block, and damaged the victims' property.

2. The Defendant: (a) destroyed a car owned by the victim D(the age of 43), such as the date, time, place, and paragraph (1); (b) led to the Defendant’s attempt to restrain the Defendant; (c) expressed the Defendant’s attitude by citing the foregoing news reporting block, which is a dangerous object, “Minra, low interest,” and is a dangerous object.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous news justs and threatened the victim.
