A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny in the Jeonju District Court for six months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 25, 2016.

1. Larceny;

A. On July 17, 2016, at around 14:05, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim C’s “D Et” operated by the victim C in the Yasan-si B; (b) placed the victim’s share of approximately KRW 15,00 of the market price, which was displayed at the victim’s share by taking advantage of the gap where the employee’s surveillance was neglected; and (c) cut off the victim’s share of KRW 15,00 of the market price.

B. On July 18, 2016, at the same place as before and after around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) took a theft with one strawls in an amount equivalent to approximately 40,000 won in the market value owned by the victim in the same manner as in the preceding paragraph.

On July 23, 2016, at the same place as the preceding paragraph, around 18:45 on July 23, 2016, the Defendant, using the same method as the preceding paragraph, placed in a bags with approximately KRW 30,00,00 at the market price of the victim, in which he was the victim, and stolen him.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the victim's goods worth approximately KRW 85,00,000 in total, three times in total.

2. The Defendant who forged air defense was operated by himself on April 2016.
