Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,200,00.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2011, at around 18:20 on January 25, 201, the Defendant: (a) when the victim D (here 29 years of age) was able to drink with E and alcohol in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (b) when the victim was able to take the face of F, who is the remaining living together of the Defendant, the victim was sleeped with the victim’s head debt; and (c) when the victim was sleeped with drinking face, the Defendant sleeped the victim for approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
