1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

(a)The parts relevant to this case are:

The name of the product: D insurance period: From December 8, 200 to December 8, 2028 (28) from December 8, 2028, the contractor: Basic insurance Contract for the Plaintiff: the insured at the age of 800,000 that is paid for the year 10: the insured specified by the Plaintiff, except for the daily insurance solicitor * Death Security and Injury Income Compensation, is compensated by the age of 70 only.

C) The instant insurance contract was partially amended on March 14, 2003. Accordingly, the part relating to the instant case among the contents indicated in the insurance policy re-issued as follows. The name of the goods: From December 16, 2000 to December 16, 2028 (28 years): The insured occupation of the Plaintiff: The date of subscription of the insurance solicitor: December 8, 2000 [Contract Matters].

1. Injury, death, or disability 30,000,000 won;

2. Traffic injury, death or additional 30,000,000 won;

3. Compensation for injury income: 10,000,000 won.

4. Injury medical expenses of 2,000,000 won;

5. The amount of the insurance policy of this case, 30,000 won, 100,000 won for the time of hospitalization, * Other collateral except for death security and injury income compensation, shall be compensated only by the age of 70.

D Insurance Special Terms and Conditions

2. In the case of Class 2 (Life Compensation) of the General Terms and Conditions for Guarantee of Medical Expenses for Injury, the insurance period under paragraph (1) shall mean the period from the date on which the liability of the company commences until the date on which the date on which the company falls under the age of 70.

5. In the case of Class 2, the insurance period referred to in paragraph (1) shall be the period from the date on which the company's liability commences to the day immediately preceding the date on which the company is 70 years of age.

9. In the case of Class 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Security for Nursing Expenses, the insurance period referred to in paragraph (1) shall be the period from the date on which the company's liability commences until the day immediately preceding the date on which the company is 70 years old.

E) The former Insurance Business Act (amended by Act No. 6891 of May 29, 2003) was enforced at the time of the instant insurance contract.
