1. The defendant shall pay 230,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from October 28, 2010 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the purport of Gap evidence No. 1 and the whole arguments, the plaintiff may recognize the fact that the plaintiff lent to the defendant the amount of KRW 30,000,000 on November 27, 2003, KRW 100,000 on April 28, 2004, and KRW 30,000 on March 15, 2005, and KRW 230,000,000 on February 25, 2006 ( KRW 30,000,000) on June 30, 2006.

If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan 230,000,000 won and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from October 28, 2010 to the date of full payment as requested by the plaintiff, as the plaintiff is the next day after the delivery of the application for the payment order of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
