Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are those in charge of newspaper sales agency (Center), grant of subsidies, and management of sales revenue performance in the victim F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “victim Co., Ltd.”), the subsidiary company of E in selling and marketing D newspapers.
Defendant
A From January 1, 2008, from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2015, the head of the Seoul metropolitan team was the team leader, and from December 2015 to December, 2015, Defendant B served as the head of the Seoul metropolitan team as the branch office. From June 1, 2014 to January 1, 2015, Defendant B served as the victim company; the head of the division from January 1, 2015 to December 1, 2015; and Defendant C began to work as the victim company from June 1, 2014 to March 1, 2015; and the head of the division from March 1, 2015 to December 12, 2015.

1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant C
A.
