Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On August 10, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with business affairs at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 6, 2016 and the above judgment was finalized on August 18, 2016. On December 8, 2016, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced one year of suspension of execution to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with business affairs, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on December 16, 2016.

[2017 Highest 3272] On April 18, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:20 on April 18, 2017, requested the victim D, who is an employee at the restaurant, of the Defendant, to share alcohol in a restaurant located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and the Defendant, requested the Defendant to make the Defendant use of alcohol, thereby interfering with the victim’s restaurant business by force by force, such as making two customers who have provided meals at the restaurant and leaving the restaurant.

The victim’s general restaurant business was obstructed by force, such as bringing the disturbance to two customers under his/her name by talking with a large sound, and allowing him/her to leave the disturbance.
