Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On July 25, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant driven the said car at approximately 1 km from the Do near the Gangseo-gu Seoul mountain basin to the 839th road in the same Dongyang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul under the influence of alcohol content of 0.143%.
