A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, a person operating the “E riding park” located in Kim Jong-si, was 14 years old, who received horse riding education from the Defendant in the said riding park, and was 14 years old, with the knowledge that his demand as the president cannot be easily refused or resisted due to the lack of sexual identity and value, and was able to commit an indecent act by using such superior position.

1. The Defendant was in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts, such as deceptive schemes, etc.) on December 2, 2014, in a three-story plan for the said E-riding Park around the P.M. on the date, and the victim’s distribution after his/her meals is visible;

Around 00:30 on August 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an indecent act by force against the law on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse; (b) committed an indecent act against the victim, by taking advantage of the fact that the victim was unable to resist himself/herself; and (c) committed an indecent act against the victim, taking advantage of the fact that the victim was in a state of being locked.

The Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Acts, such as deceptive schemes) committed an indecent act by force against the victim, on the same day as paragraph (2) and paragraph (2) 06:30 on the same day, and committed an indecent act against the victim by force by inserting the victim’s hump at around 06:30 on the same day, “A hump of a hump of a hump of a hump of a hump of a hump,” inserting his humf by inserting his humf into the victim’s humf, making him humf by inserting his humf, and continuously taking charge of the chest
