Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 600,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, a civil society organization with 1,500 U.S. beef co-operation, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures Council") was organized to organize a "National Countermeasure Council against Import of U.S. Beef Risk Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Measures Council") for the purpose of organizing a strike against import of U.S. beef as a whole, by asserting that "the phased expansion agreement of import of U.S. beef entered into with the Government of the Republic of Korea on April 18, 2008 is a stroke negotiation, as well as a result of undermining the health

Since May 2, 2008, the countermeasures conference led to the ‘candlelightlight assembly against the import of U.S. beef' held at the Seoul Cheong River square, etc. from May 6, 2008, and tried to enter into the Cheong River by holding a candlelight assembly, which is a night-time candlelight assembly, every day from May 24, 2008.

On the other hand, on June 21, 2008, the government announced the results of additional negotiations on the import expansion agreement of U.S. beef, and published the import sanitary terms of U.S. beef in the Official Gazette on June 26, 2008, the countermeasures conference continued to hold a candlelight demonstration by asserting that it was not an additional negotiation but a candlelight demonstration.

Since July 5, 2008, the countermeasures meeting is held by the candlelightlight meeting in which the candlelights or candlelights participate without the distance demonstration, and on Saturdays or holidays, when the candlelight meeting is prolonged.
