1. The Defendant’s revocation of a provisional disposition of denial of development activities against the Plaintiff on November 1, 2017.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. Details of the disposition;
A. On October 13, 2017, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for permission to engage in development activities (hereinafter “instant development activities”) to create a CF fishing ground (hereinafter “instant application site”) on the land (a total of 29,104 square meters in total, each green conservation zone, an alteration of the form and quality, and a total of 29,104 square meters; hereinafter “instant application site”).
-Submission of a correction of less than 5,00 square meters of a project plan in accordance with Article 3-2-1 of the Local Urban Planning Committee's operating Gadra, and Article 5 (1) 1 (c) of the Enforcement Decree of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act - Submission of a plan for the installation of facilities for prevention of damage following geological review of fish farms, ground-breaking methods, and selection of public law - submission of access roads pursuant to Article 3-3-2-1 of the Guidelines for Operation of Permission for Development Acts (not access roads following the development of fishing grounds are subject to free reversion) - submission of a plan for the development of land surface rights subject to the project - submission of a plan for the installation of mooring facilities - submission of a plan for the installation of mooring facilities and structural safety calculation basis for calculating the standard section of clothes installation ( structural calculation basis, etc.) - submission of a plan for removal of clothing stones - a plan for the extension of the number of fish farms on the surface of each fishing ground ("A-A-B"), examination of construction site installation level below 115th.
On October 17, 2017, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff that the following should be supplemented by October 23, 2017.
C. On October 20, 2017, the Plaintiff submitted to the Defendant a supplementary statement to the effect that the date for supplementation of the above matters will be postponed by November 17, 2017.
