A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 27, 2014, from around 08:00 on March 27, 2014 to around 08:15 of the same day, the Defendant committed indecent act on March 27, 2014, on the part of the victim’s right chest, the Defendant was placed under the right chest of the victim, with his hand attached even after the victim B (the son, 23 years old) within the 6th direction of the rapid electric train of 1034 in the operation of the vice-Gu-Gu-ro train between the 08:15 on the same day.
