The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The Defendant is a person who runs the business of installing landscaping facilities and is engaged in NAV’s activities, a website for the evasion of the Internet.

On November 06, 2017, around 09:21, 2017, the Defendant reported the article with the title “Synch only - Synch - Synch 631 arrest of 631 sexual offenders within the organization,” in relation to NAV news column (hereinafter “Sych 25 years of age”) which is the Internet evasion site.

2. Determination

(a) An offense subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;
