1. The defendant shall pay 95 million won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from June 14, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

According to the evidence Nos. 1 and 2, there is no dispute between the parties, or according to the defendant borrowed from the plaintiff on May 21, 2010 the sum of KRW 95 million, including KRW 75 million on November 4, 2011, and the plaintiff on September 6, 2012, it is recognized that the defendant prepared a cash loan certificate to the plaintiff on September 6, 2012. Thus, the defendant cannot be deemed to separately set the due date for payment as of June 14, 2015. Thus, the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint shall be deemed to be the starting date of the damages for delay.

It is obligated to pay 20% interest per annum from the date of full payment to the date of full payment.
