A is a person in charge of overall management of the community center building outer walls of G at the construction site in Seopopopo City, the owner of the building business who is awarded a contract from F for the construction business in the name of “E”, and Defendant C is a construction site manager at the site of “part of the construction works among the new construction works of the D Jeju Ri” that H Co., Ltd. contracted from D Co., Ltd. to the head of the building department of H Co., Ltd. with the head of the building department of the H Co., Ltd., and Defendant B is the head of the D Co., Ltd. as the site manager at the entire site manager of the D Co., Ltd. “D Jeju Ri Ri Construction Works” performed by D Co., Ltd. as well as the employees belonging to the above D Co., Ltd., and the person in charge of overall safety and health management and the person in charge of general safety management who manages affairs to prevent

On December 29, 2014, Defendant A, Defendant C, and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct ordered the victimJ (the age of 42) who is an employee E at the site of “D Jeju Jeju Island Construction Project” located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, and ordered the victim’s work to do so on the front part of the outer wall of the community center center in the construction site, and together with the victim to do so.
