1. As to KRW 78,602,151 and KRW 50,480,820 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the year from April 20, 2018 to June 1, 2018.
Reasons
1. The fact of recognition was established as a public interest corporation established under the Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Act with the aim of contributing to the development of the national economy by efficiently promoting projects for promoting small and medium enterprises.
The defendant approved the plaintiff to faithfully implement the basic terms and conditions of the loan and borrowed money from the plaintiff with the following contents:
on February 10, 2012: The fixed interest rate on February 22, 2012: 2.7% per annum: 12% per annum; however, the Defendant delayed the principal and interest on installment repayment to be paid on May 21, 2013 and paid on May 21, 2013 on a monthly or every three months after the commencement of the delay of the principal and interest on installment repayment to be paid on May 21, 2013; and this is a situation in which the Plaintiff lost its interest under Article 6 (Obligation of Repayment before the due Date): the Plaintiff terminated the loan agreement on September 16, 2013.
As of April 20, 2018 (the amount calculated by the interest on April 19, 2018) the amount that the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff in relation to the instant loan is KRW 78,602,151 (i.e., principal interest of KRW 50,00,000,000, KRW 480,821,31).
As of April 20, 2018, the amount subject to overdue interest for the instant loan is KRW 50,480,820, excluding overdue interest (= Principal KRW 50,000,000) that the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff in relation to the instant loan as of April 20, 2018.

2. According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 78,602,151 won and 50,480,820 won among them, 12% per annum from April 20, 2018 to June 1, 2018, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
