B On August 12, 2009, the Daejeon District Court sentenced two years of suspended sentence to six months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Regulation and Punishment of Speculative Acts, Etc., which became final and conclusive on the 20th of the same month. On December 30, 2009, the same court was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, which became final and conclusive on February 19, 2010, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on February 19, 2010, the sentence of suspended sentence became void and expired on October 28, 201 of the execution of the sentence in Daejeon Prison and passed on January 15, 201.
