Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

B. A third party acquiring H 400daa is authorized to install a mobile game “H” case in the above mobile phone at the same time, at the same place as the above paragraph (a), and to purchase a F’s name, resident registration number, mobile phone number, etc. in a total of three times via a computer or any other information processing device, such as a total of three times as indicated in Nos. 7 through 9 of the list of crimes, by means of entering F’s name, resident registration number, mobile phone number, etc., after having access to the above mobile game by a purchase agent.
