If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on October 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) reported the Defendant’s appearance along with the above B, and carried out an attack with the victim C, who appeared as witness of the fraudulent case that the real estate seller did not receive any balance and filed a complaint against the buyer; and (b) reported the Defendant’s appearance with the above B, the Defendant carried out an influence at the time of the victim’s left hand, and carried out an influence at the time of one-time treatment of the victim’s right 2 weeks.
