Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell, lend or distribute drugs harmful to juveniles, etc. to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 22:50 on July 6, 2012, the Defendant sold juvenile C (Nam and 15 years of age) a total of 27,000 won, such as small group of kimchi and kimchi, to juvenile C (Nam and 15 years of age) in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul, Seoul.
