A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2016, around 03:50 on Jinju City, the Defendant discovered the victim E (here 24 years of age) returning to her home at the street in front of the D market located in Jinju City, and tried to commit similar rape and to take money and valuables by following the victim.
