Defendant
A is a person who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months at the Cheongju District Court on July 16, 2010 for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years on July 24, 2010, and Defendant B is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment of one year and six months at the Cheongju District Court on July 16, 201 and became final and conclusive on October 28, 2010 for the same crime.
1. Defendant A
A.
