A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 11, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor and three years of suspended sentence due to the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and on April 28, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 6 million from the branch court of the Suwon District Court as a criminal of larceny. On October 14, 2010, the Suwon District Court was sentenced to one year and nine months of imprisonment with prison labor for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and was released on November 30, 2012, and the remaining term of imprisonment has expired on June 8, 2013.
1. On May 26, 2014, around 08:40 on May 26, 2014, the Defendant, in front of the victim D’s house located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, by opening a string door door and opening a string door door in order to leave the string, and not corrected by using the strings, cut off the 100,000 won check owned by the victim and 40,000 won check, 1,50,000 won check, 95,1,000 won check, 1,000 won card, 1,000 won card, 2, and 40,000 won of the market price, and 40,000 won of a resident registration certificate.

4. Around July 29, 2014, the Defendant opened the victim J’s door that was located in Ischeon-si I around the new wall.
